Bill Seto Is a Principal Broker and a NYS Certified Real Estate Educator. Bill, specializes in all phases of Real Estate starting with Consulting, Development, Commercial Leasing and Sales. Graduating in Architecture, he has applied his training into his Real Estate endeavors. Being in the Real Estate arena for the last 30 years, and a Broker/Owner, supervised a Sales force of over 265  agents selling and leasing commercial properties in the Metro New York area, Bill has accumulated vast experience which enables him to be figure of conversation among his peers as a person to contact when troubleshooting any real estate situation.


Bill is also the President of The Chinese American Real Estate Association, which has a member base of over 300 Real Estate Professionals throughout the New York area. Certified as a NYS Real Estate Instructor / Educator, he is often invited to lecture at NYC’s top Real Estate Institutes. A frequent guest of the media, Bill has contributed his thoughts and ideas through many of the real estate editorials: NY Times, The Real Deal, Real Estate Weekly, Crains Business, World Journal and Sing Tao Newspapers and recently interviewed by CNBC. As he leads his group of professional Associates into not only New York Real Estate, but reaching abroad into international Real Estate opportunity Investments.
