Steve Goldberg is an experienced tax and real estateattorney with an active legal practice and years of experience teaching at theNew York Real Estate Institute and other institutions.  He has published four tax textbooks, numerousarticles, and given many lectures.  Heteaches real estate closings, title searches, multi-family housing, real estatetaxation, as well as basic real estate licensing and continuing educationclasses.  He adds practical experienceand stories from his legal, real estate, and tax work.  These examples help students understandsimple and complex real estate and tax strategies (1031 exchanges, residentialand commercial transactions, and estate and pension issues).  He is a dynamic and passionate teacher who assureshis students an exciting learning experience. Steve Goldberg, Esq. received his LL.M in Taxation from New YorkUniversity Graduate School of Law, his J.D. from New York University School ofLaw, and his B.S. in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
