Louise began her real estate career as an agent in the Citi Habitats’ Chelsea office and experienced success in both sales and rentals before accepting her current position as the firm’s Sales Recruiting Manager. Through her caring nature and close guidance, she is appreciated as an advisor, mentor and a friend who joins in your journey toward real estate success.

Louise is a seasoned professional with extensive experience as a clinician, educator and non-profit program director. She has years of experience in outreach and marketing and has always loved to build and develop new programs as well as use creative approaches to enhance existing programs that are responsive to ever changing landscapes. Specializing in children, adolescent and family issues as well as international child welfare she is adept at helping people navigate life’s challenges and adventures; strengthening and enhancing the lives of individuals, families and communities along the way. Her love of design and architecture blended with the rewards of helping people led her to a career in real estate. Combining this with her passion for guiding and supporting people through life’s transitions, she made a natural shift to her role recruiting and supporting new agents as Sales Recruiting Manager. She is committed to not only bringing the best talent that New York has to offer to Citi Habitats but also helping new agents grow and be successful.

Originally from Bergen County, NJ, Louise grew up just minutes outside of Manhattan, her favorite playground. Frequently visiting her parents' business off Central Park South gave her wonderful access to everything NYC had to offer and she quickly fell in love with the best city in the world. Louise earned her BA degree in Sociology, Elementary and Special Education from Rutgers University, then moved to Baltimore to pursue a Masters of Social Work from the University of Maryland. Though she stayed in that area for many years, she could not resist returning to New York. Her connection to the city is strong and upon her return shortly after 9/11, she felt privileged to help New Yorkers recover, rebuild and grow stronger by participating in the development and coordination of NYC's mental health services to children experiencing trauma in the wake of the attacks. She is an active volunteer with the NYC Medical Reserve Corp.

Louise currently lives in a co-op she owns in Park Slope across from Prospect Park where she also serves on the board. She enjoys attending concerts, picnicking and roaming the trails. As an avid traveler who's been around the world, she still loves coming home.
