A Harlem resident, Karen can clue you in about where to find a farmer's market, an artisanal cup of coffee, and delicious soul food. She has helped hundreds of apartment seekers find their ideal uptown homes, always with a high standard of service and integrity.  After randomly moving to Sugar Hill, Harlem with her two fat pugs, Karen stumbled into real estate while pursuing her PhD in Art History. Tired of eating pre-packaged ramen noodles every night, she thought apartment rentals sounded like something worth trying. Still all-but-dissertation but better nourished, Karen now works in real estate full-time and is the co-owner (with fellow Bohemia agent Andrew Ding) of The Chipped Cup coffee shop in Hamilton Heights. She loves uptown life and can clue you in about where to find the best bagels (Absolute Bagels, 108th & Broadway), a serious deli sandwich (Tasty Deli, 168th & Broadway), and outstanding rugelach (Lee Lees Baked Goods, 118th & 8th).
