Neil Fuchs started his professional career in commercial banking where he worked as a financial analyst for Heller Financial and National Westminster Bank analyzing companies for the purpose of lending money. 

In 1988, He started his career in Real Estate when he joined a large Manhattan firm as their controller. He became increasingly interested in the customer relationships and how they impacted the company, and in 2006 he became the Director of Human Resources at the same firm and was responsible for hiring staff and independent contractors as well as handling all aspects of customer service with landlords, clients and customers. He also created and successfully launched a vendor services program that would provide valuable vendors to customers. 

In 2013, Neil brought his expertise to BOND New York as the Director of Human Resources where he in charge of all hiring and customer service issues. He has also recently launched ON THE MOVE, a vendor service program for BOND customers to help them with all of their settling-in needs.
