Brian Ullman’s fast-advancing career in the Manhattan real estate industry began with his own impressive record as a top-producing broker, then led to him skillfully manage high-performance offices with a large team of agents. Serving as Senior Managing Director of the highly successful Upper East Side office of Citi Habitats since 2009. Brian’s main focus is teaching and mentoring new and experienced agents so they can build thriving and ever growing real estate careers.  His effectiveness stems from a very approachable open door management style that builds a comfort level and an open path of communication among his team.


Teaching and training are such big parts of Brian’s management philosophy because he truly is concerned about his agents’ ultimate success. And success in real estate comes from knowing as much as possible. Brian is known and respected not only for his ability to identify good talent, but to quickly spot, respond to and “extinguish” difficult issues as they arise. He is exemplary in his role as a strong leader and fast thinker with utmost dedication to his craft.
Prior to joining Citi Habitats, Brian spent over six years managing another large Manhattan real estate firm where he gained diverse, invaluable experience. He has over the years forged solid relationships with clients and peers alike, and particularly landlords who still rely on his team’s expertise to rent or sell their properties. In all his dealings, Brian upholds the strongest ethics and highest standards of honesty, integrity and forthrightness, especially where his agents are concerned.


Brian’s passion for real estate grew from his years in the restaurant business where the “customer service first” concept was ingrained. A native of Port Washington, NY, he holds a B.A. degree in Economics from The University of Rochester. He currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife and children.
