isa Strobing brings over 23 years experience to her role as Sales Manager of the East Norwich/Brookville office of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty.

A great motivator, she believes in contributing to her agents overall success by creating a vibrant work environment and helping each agent to achieve and exceed their goals.  Whether it's offering her sharp negotiating and problem solving skills or working with the latest innovations in technology, the end result is always the same. Helping the agent to grow their business and better serve Daniel Gale Sotheby's most important asset, the client.

Lisa was previously the Sales Manager of Coldwell Banker Bellmarc in Manhattan where she managed a team of highly successful sales agents.
Before entering real estate, Lisa worked as a financial consultant at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Shearson Lehman Brothers. She has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University.

Lisa lives in Oyster Bay Cove where she enjoys entertaining friends and family, cooking, working in the garden, bike riding and spending time with her two beautiful golden retrievers, Spock and Sasha.
