    3.   Wearing Two Hats: When Licensees Work For A Brokerage Firm That Also Manages           Buildings

Adam has worked in the real estate industrysince 2007, focusing primarily on commercial real estate brokerage and propertymanagement in Manhattan.

As a property manager, Adam has independentlysupervised and coordinated all facets of operation, administration, managementand maintenance associated with full-service and small residential buildings,commercial condos and buildings, and both vacant and occupied properties. Priorto entering the field of property management, Adam worked as a managementconsultant, specializing in solving problems at global and multi-nationalbanks.

Adam also has first-hand experience inownership of properties including condo and co-op units, multifamilyportfolios, and office buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Adam graduated from Cornell University in1996 with a BS and then followed that up with an MBA from UCLA. He lives withhis wife in Manhattan where he owns WayFinder PM, a real estate firm focused onimproving Property Management through Communication and Technology.

Adam is a New York State licensed Real EstateBroker. He currently serves as Membership Chair at NY EOAccelerator.
