Brett’s foray into real estate began in early 2011 when he worked as a Property Manager for an established firm on the Upper East Side. Within a year, he had managed and maintained 60 buildings with over 2000 units. Brett’s capacity to diffuse difficult situations, charismatic personality, and relentless work-ethic allowed him to excel in this position. 

In 2012, Brett joined LG Fairmont, initially focusing on investment analysis and sales. Along with working as an Associate Broker, Brett currently serves as the company's Chief Talent Officer (CTO). Responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining LG Fairmont’s standard of talent, Brett has made himself an invaluable addition to the team. A highly sought after representative for both buyers and sellers, Brett maintains an innate ability to deftly articulate his masterful knowledge of the New York real estate market to both seasoned and inexperienced investors. 

A musician since childhood, Brett graduated at the top of his class from the prestigious Berklee College of Music with a degree in Professional Music and Education. He then went on to obtain a master's degree at East Carolina University.

Brett was raised in Eastern North Carolina and moved to New York in early 2011. He currently resides on the Upper East Side.
