Course Objectives
The Business and Real Estate continuing education course provides the licensed Real Estate Appraisers, Salesperson's and Broker's with a clarity of the role, municipal/zoning regulations, budgets, housing/civil court compliance, marketing, tenant/public relations, technical skills and understanding the business responsibilities of the property or real estate Managing Agent (Manager) for ownership interest and stakeholders investment involved with enhancement and profitability of the structure (improvement) or fee (land).
