For most sessions we line up guest speakers (subject to availability) with expert knowledge in various real estate areas to make a presentation to the class. You will be notified who will be presenting once the classes start. The course participant can make a verbal request of the Instructor to be involved with preparing an optional course paper that can be graded with a letter or numeric grade for the purpose of obtaining a educational reimbursement from an employer or employment program for career development.
