Donald Brennan is a 25-year real estate veteran with experience as a developer, architect, appraiser, investor, owner and broker.

Brennan is experienced with the intricacies of working with local Brooklyn community boards, neighborhood associations, and the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission on his successful efforts at developing and redeveloping landmark properties in Brooklyn’s historic districts. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and finishes, Brennan has also developed and redeveloped historic brownstones in the Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill Historic Districts.

Before starting Brennan Realty Services, Donald Brennan participated in the development, acquisition, management and leasing efforts of a multi-billion dollar commercial real estate portfolio for Deutsche Bank/RREEF. The portfolio contained properties such as Water Tower Place, an 800,000 square-foot shopping center in Chicago, IL and IDS Tower, a 1.4 million square-foot office tower in Minneapolis, MN.
